Returns Policy
We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@nailoraparis.com. Depending on the product concerned, we will send you the postal address to which you should return the item.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us, clearly stating your order number, the email address used for the order, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Once the return is approved, we will send you a replacement item.
Received a different item
If you did not receive the item you ordered, please email contact@nailoraparis.com describing the situation with supporting photos. Our customer service team will arrange to reship the originally ordered item.
Item not received
If you have not received your item after 20 working days (Monday to Friday), please contact us at contact@nailoraparis.com so our customer service team can check your order internally and take the best steps to resolve the issue.
30-day cooling-off period
We offer the right to change your mind and cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product arrived defective, in which case we cover the return and automatically send you a like-for-like replacement. Return shipping costs may be around 10% of the order value.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
