• Warm the Gel Pad with your fingertip to activate adhesion, then peel off the protective film.
• Set the press-on slightly under the cuticle line and press from base to tip.
• Hold and massage firmly for 10 seconds to eliminate air bubbles.

• Gently slide the flat side under one side of the press-on (near the top edge, not the tip).

Then wash the press-ons with soap and water, dry completely, and store them back in the box.
